5. Next, select ‘Let me pick … on my computer.’ Notice the ‘Show compatible hardware’ box is ticked. Un-tick the box. Select a device on the list. Then click ‘Next’ to proceed

6. There will be a warning window. Click ‘Yes’ and continue

7. Restart the computer

8. After the computer is restarted, do the entire process again. This time, tick the ‘Show compatible hardware’ box and select the right driver for the Logitech C270 mouse

9. Click ‘Next’ to proceed and let the driver installs

10. After the installation process is done, go to the Device Manager window again and update the driver

11. Restart the computer and see if it works
